JAI USB3 cameras not seen in a computer

If a JAI USB3 camera is not seen in a system, please check to ensure that the USB3 NIC is NOT in the list of cards known to NOT work with USB3 cameras. The list can be found here : https://jaisupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207437265


If the NIC is NOT on the list, please contact support@jai.com to confirm the issue isn't NIC related. If the NIC is present on the list of NICs known to work, then please update the driver from the manufacturer, ensure the cable works and that the camera is being powered before contacting JAI Support. Check to see if the camera is displayed in the computer's Device Manager under USB devices. If the camera is NOT seen, please contact support@jai.com
