How do I get a GO-5000M/C-USB to show up in NI's software?

To get the JAI USB3 cameras to show up in NI, the user will need to install National Instruments' USB3 driver. The driver can be found here: http://www.ni.com/tutorial/14423/en/

Once the driver is installed, the camera will show up in NI's software.

    Yes, that can be done, if we want to use NI software to acquisition with USB camera, we need to uninstall JAI USB camera driver first, then re-scan device manager to make use, camera driver is NI's.
